A.B.L.E. Family Services is a private provider for intellectually and developmentally delayed individuals in Texas with a Home and Community Service (HCS) eligibility. The program is a medicaid waiver program through the Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC), A.B.L.E. is fully certified by HHSC.
How We Can Help
Individualized services are developed using a Person-Directed planning approach. This approach places the individual and family seeking services as the driving force in how these services are developed. The array of supports offered by A.B.L.E. range from intensive one-to-one settings to independent supported living and work settings.
